Kelsey Keller

Center Director / Toddler Teacher

Kelsey has called First Steps home since 2016. She holds a BA in Child Development from California State University, Chico. Together with a team of amazing teachers, she is committed to providing your family with a loving and safe environment.

Arianna Pulido

Assistant Director / Toddler Teacher

Arianna has been a part of the First Steps team since 2016. She received her BA in Liberal Studies from San Jose State University.

Lina Sultani

Assistant Director / Infant Teacher

Lina has been a part of the First Steps Family for over 10 years. She began working in 2008, and received her Early Childhood Education units from Diablo Valley College.

Brenda Chavez

Infant Teacher

Brenda joined us in 2017, and persued her Early Childhood Development courses at Saddleback College.

Fahima Ebrat

Infant Teacher

Fahima is our longest standing teacher. She has worked in the Infant Room for over 15 years! She has completed her Early Childhood Education courses at Diablo Valley College.

Nieves Hedlund

Infant Teacher

Nieves has been a First Steps teacher since 2018. She received a degree in Education while in the Philippines!

Maddie Griffey

Toddler Teacher

Maddie graduated from California Polytechnic University in 2020 with a BS in Child Development, and a minor in Psychology and joined our team shortly after in early 2021.

Diego Hernandez

Toddler Teacher

Diego joined our staff in 2019 and recently earned his Early Childhood Development units from Saddleback College.

Simin Abbasipour

Infant Teacher

Simin has been a part of our team since 2019. She received a degree in Education while in Iran.
